They have a save file on the download files in the community patch which lets you get a save slot that allows you to play the dlc but on easy. However, you won't be able to play Harley Quinn's revenge since it has a bug where it goes on a forever loading screen so the ones who made this are working on solutions for it so be aware. To start off, I would suggest that you do not get the undamaged version of the default skin from Mr. It was cool the first time around that Batman takes damage throughout the game but it does get tiring for me that my suit was damaged all the time.
